Our Full Service Coordination package begins four weeks before your big day. At this point, we become involved in all vendor communications ensuring you have someone helping double check the details. This allows you to truly relax leading up to your wedding.

One week before the event we confirm logistics with all vendors, and finalize the timeline. We are there during your rehearsal to make sure the next day will run smoothly.

We communicate and direct vendor arrivals, assisting in their set-up. We decorate according to your vision, taking care of all the details.

We are with you all day to handle all issues discretely so you don’t have to, starting from when you start getting ready, to when you leave for th e night. We will direct the timeline of events for the day, ensuring everyone is where they should be and when. At the end of the night, we take care of the tear down and clean up.

Having a day of coordinator for your event allows you to be truly present it takes the mental load away and lets you enjoy the best day of your life.

Created to take stress of your big day. This packages starts generally one hour pre ceremony time, to one hour post dinner- typically 8 hours.

During this, we set up and decorate your event according to your vision. We are on site for the most important moments of your day, and are main point of contact for vendors keeping questions and worries away from you.

Prior to the day we review your wedding timeline together, and have a chance to share any points for the day.

As our client, you receive access to our wedding planning software to streamline all things planning fromthe moment you book with us. This on this software, you can create a wedding website, organize guests/ create floor plans and seating charts. Add and keep track of the vendors you’ve inquired with, booked, their payment terms, and contact information. Check items off the wedding planning check list, assign tasks, and so much more.

Option to add rehearsal support to ensure you and your bridal party knows theirs cues and positioning.

Option to add event tear down, ensuring all your items are packed with care, venue restored to original state, and to take the task away from being assigned to family and friends.
